Look Questions Teacher Answer Key
1. Is this artwork TWO-DIMENSIONAL or THREE-DIMENSIONAL? What clues led you to your answer? (The inside of the object is visible; the object casts a shadow all around.) What is this object? (A bowl.) How can you tell? Of what material is this bowl made? (Clay.) How can you tell?
2. In what animal form is the bowl made? (A bird.) What features of this animal did the artist include? What shapes did the artist use to represent each part of the bird? (Oval for body, circle for eyes, raindrop shape for head and beak, semicircle for tail.)
