Hours: The Coffee Shop is open during regular Museum hours. 12-5 p.m. Sunday; 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Thursday. The Institute is closed Mondays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and July 4.
